Our People
Our care home in Warwickshire will be so much more than just a building. What will make it a truly special place to be are amazing people. Our dedicated team here at Berkley Care give their all, ensuring that everyone is cared for. Our Residents
The ladies and gentlemen who choose a Berkley Care home as their home have placed their trust in us. We ensure that what we offer them in return gives them the fullest possible lives. Alongside proving a safe and secure environment, we make sure that there is plenty going on and endless opportunities to have fun.
Something that our residents really love in our homes is the food that’s on offer. Our chefs provide meals that are both nutritious and tasty! From a full cooked breakfast to a three course meal, and from the best in homemade cakes to a delicious evening supper, everything is prepared to perfection.
Our ladies and gentlemen enjoy the social side of life and are able to share this with family and friends, confidence is restored and loneliness is a thing of the past.

Beauty & Wellbeing Team
The 5-star service from our health and well-being team, leaves our residents feeling relaxed having been pampered. We ensure that they are supported to be fit and healthy too and in a position to live as independently as possible.
Hospitality & Events Team
With the best in entertainment, an array of stimulating activities, and food and drink that is out of this world, our hospitality and events team could easily be working in a 5 star hotel. Fortunately, they choose to work with us at Berkley.
Admin & Housekeeping Team
The backbone of our care homes, our admin and housekeeping team keeps everything ticking over and ensures that we have the highest possible standards when it comes to tidiness and cleanliness.
HOME MANAGER
Phillippa Cook
A Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector. After completing my training in Oxford, I spent time in the UK and abroad working before having my 3 children. I feel very privileged to work in the care sector and be able to make a positive contribution to people’s lives. My passion for delivering exceptional care is primarily why I love my job and I am truly excited to be the General Manager at Jubilee House
